But why?

Imagine being born in a rural village — instead of waking up to school bells or breakfast smells, you’re greeted with blurred vision, weakness, and confusion. Your survival might depend on whether a stranger donates today — and you might not even know what for. India is the diabetes capital of the world, yet in many parts of the country, insulin isn’t just expensive — it’s unreachable.

The Diabetic Youth Foundation is raising ₹3,00,000 to support children and young adults in underserved rural areas like Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, where Type 1 diabetes often goes undiagnosed, untreated, and unnoticed. With your support, we aim to launch a ground campaign this September that includes free insulin distribution, training for local health workers, and community awareness drives in regional languages. The funds will be used for medical supplies, glucose kits, educational materials, and logistical costs to reach those who need it most — before it’s too late.

Because in rural India, the difference between life and death can be as simple as knowing the word “diabetes.” Time matters. Every day, someone goes without the insulin they need — or worse, never knows they need it. Your donation could be the reason someone not only survives, but thrives. Even the smallest contribution can create the biggest impact — help us bridge this gap and bring hope where it’s long overdue.
